
Shlomo brings to ComQi over 20 years of diverse international industry experience in directing global operations and activities.
With a strong background involving strategic planning, market analysis, business development, P&L management, system automation, CRM implementation, IT management and team building, Shlomo has successfully taken several technology companies from early stage all the way through to market launch and ultimately to exit. Among the companies Shlomo has led were: Epana Networks - more than $200 million Communication and Financial Services company; Raytel Cardiac Services - a leading company in the remote monitoring of cardiac services; Nexus Data - a leading company in the AMR space; Vizrt - a world leading company in broadcast graphics and Indigo - the market leader in Digital Printing technology.
Shlomo graduated with an MA and MBA with honors in 1983 from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP156) training in 1999 at Harvard Business School.

Ajay Chowdhury is CEO of ComQi, a leading global multi-channel messaging technology company. Prior to this, Ajay co-founded Acacia Capital Partners and IDG Ventures Europe, a $100m European venture capital arm of IDG, the world's leading IT media publisher. Prior to starting IDGVE, Ajay was European President and CEO of NBC Internet. Prior to joining NBCi he was Chief Executive of LineOne - a joint venture between United News and Media and British Telecom - which he helped grow into one of the UK's largest portals and Internet Service Providers and which was subsequently sold to Tiscali. He joined United News and Media in 1991 and was founder and Managing Director of United Interactive - its new media division. Before joining United, he was a manager at Bain & Company, the international strategy consultants. Ajay has an MBA from Wharton and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University. He studied Theatre Directing at the Central School of Speech and Drama and Film Directing at the Metropolitan Film School at Ealing Studios. Ajay serves on the board of the Arts Council (London). He has also served on the boards Shazam (where he was Chairman and interim CEO), the British Screen Advisory Council, Lionhead Studios (sold to Microsoft in April 2006, MLA (Museums, Libraries and Archives Commission), Index on Censorship and Virtual Internet PLC (sold to Register.com in February 2002). In 2005, Ajay was selected by the Institute of Asian Professionals to be part of the Asian Power 100 - the 100 most influential and powerful Asians in the UK.

Frank Böhnke joined pan-European venture capital firm Wellington Partners in January 1998. Ever since, he has focused on the dynamics of the internet and has helped companies like Alando (acquired by eBay) and Ciao! (acquired by Greenfield Online) to impressive success. Based in London, Frank is managing the following investment companies in the high growth areas of Digial Media and Software Services: AdConion, Astaro, Collax, GameDuell, SafeID Solutions, Swoopo, Swyx, Wazap!, and Webme.
Prior to joining Wellington Partners, Frank spent eight years in technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York, London and Frankfurt where he advised customers such as IBM, Bertelsmann and Siemens on numerous M&A mandates and helped many technology companies to achieve NASDAQ listings. Wellington portfolio companies have gained from his experience in this field; for example, Frank helped portfolio companies ACG and SAF to successful IPOs at the German stock exchange.
Education: Degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the Universities of Essen and Toronto.

Prior to founding Aviv, Amir served for 6 years as member of the senior management of Discount Investments Corp. (DIC). He initiated and executed a wide variety of investments, business development and M&A activities, private placements in start-up and mature companies, as well as taking responsibility for Investor Relations.
Amir led an early-stage investment in Given Imaging (NASDAQ: GIVN) and served on its board. Previously Amir served as a senior associate at the consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco, where he was part of a select team offering financial, advisory and analytical services for M & As, capital sourcing and corporate valuations. Amir earned his Ph.D. and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, California.
He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Tel Aviv University. Amir is an adjunct Professor at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University.
He serves as an elected member of the board of directors of the Israel Venture Association, and is a past member of the investment committee of Capital Berger Mutual Funds Ltd.

Jason is an Investment Manager at Amadeus Capital the European technology venture capital firm. Since joining the firm as an associate in 2007, has participated in several transactions and has worked closely with Liquavista, the electronic display maker, and Forth Dimension Displays, a micro-display supplier, helping both companies realize exits in 2010 and early 2011 respectively. Jason is also actively involved with Edgeware, which builds systems and software for on-demand TV.
Prior to joining Amadeus, Jason was a lead member of a technology and product development team at E Ink Corporation in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he worked on commercialization of the world’s first electronic ink display. The technology has been widely deployed in a range of consumer products most notably Amazon's Kindle electronic book.
Jason holds a BSc and an MSc in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and Stanford University respectively and a PhD in Physics from Cambridge University.

With his strong background in media related software and internet based R&D organizations, Gadi is a key member of JVP's media team, as well as a board member of Double Fusion (Board Observer), Emergent, Funtactix, Infinite Memories, Magink and Minicom. His experience has provided him with strong domain expertise in both the consumer infrastructure world and service provider needs.
Before joining JVP, Gadi was Corporate VP of Product Marketing and member of the executive committee for NDS (NASDAQ: NNDS), a leader in digital pay-TV systems, supporting some of the largest digital broadcast platforms such as DIRECTV, BSkyB, Canal Digital and more. At NDS, Gadi established the business of digital interactive TV in the late 90s, catering to the likes of Sky Sports, MTV, Discovery, QVC and other leading TV channels. Gadi lead the NDS international marketing team responsible for defining the product scope and roadmap for NDS established products such as conditional access for secure broadcast, middleware for digital set-tops, and integrated PVR solutions. Prior to NDS, Gadi held a variety of positions in software and Internet-based R&D organizations, including Director of Product Marketing at ServiceSoft Corp, Software Company providing self-help solutions over the Internet for service organizations.
Gadi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics as well as an Executive MBA from the Hebrew University.
