Ajay Chowdhury

Ajay Chowdhury is CEO of ComQi, a leading global multi-channel messaging technology company. Prior to this, Ajay co-founded Acacia Capital Partners and IDG Ventures Europe, a $100m European venture capital arm of IDG, the world's leading IT media publisher. Prior to starting IDGVE, Ajay was European President and CEO of NBC Internet.

Prior to joining NBCi he was Chief Executive of LineOne - a joint venture between United News and Media and British Telecom - which he helped grow into one of the UK's largest portals and Internet Service Providers and which was subsequently sold to Tiscali.

He joined United News and Media in 1991 and was founder and Managing Director of United Interactive - its new media division. Before joining United, he was a manager at Bain & Company, the international strategy consultants.

Ajay has an MBA from Wharton and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University. He studied Theatre Directing at the Central School of Speech and Drama and Film Directing at the Metropolitan Film School at Ealing Studios.

Ajay serves on the board of the Arts Council (London). He has also served on the boards Shazam (where he was Chairman and interim CEO), the British Screen Advisory Council, Lionhead Studios (sold to Microsoft in April 2006, MLA (Museums, Libraries and Archives Commission), Index on Censorship and Virtual Internet PLC (sold to Register.com in February 2002).

In 2005, Ajay was selected by the Institute of Asian Professionals to be part of the Asian Power 100 - the 100 most influential and powerful Asians in the UK.

Stuart Armstrong

Stuart's career is marked by an early recognition of the potential of digital media solutions to drive companies' productivity and performance. Stuart has been with ComQi and its predecessor companies Digital View and EnQii since early 2004. During this time Stuart’s responsibilities as president focused on the North America business, in particular the growth of the digital signage products and services.  Prior to joining ComQi, Stuart was Vice President at Euro RSCG Meridian, a leading advertising and consulting firm to the consumer goods and retailing industries. In addition to his consulting responsibilities with Meridian, Stuart also served as liaison to Euro RSCG Partners, a true integrated marketing communications agency. In this role, Stuart identified opportunities with existing and prospective clients to create multi-channel advertising and promotional campaigns utilizing a variety of marketing strategies and tactics that supported a brand’s marketing from the consumer sofa to the retail shelf.

Prior to Meridian, Stuart was VP of Sales for Gelco Information Network, a leading provider of trade management B2B solutions to the consumer goods industry. Previously, he served as President and Founding Partner of Performance Wave, Inc., which developed, sold and serviced the industry's first web-based Category and Promotional Management solution. Performance Wave was acquired by Gelco in April 1999.

His early career is highlighted with positions at Information Resources Inc. as Director of Product Management and Product Marketing and the founding in 1989 of one of the first B2B multimedia agencies in the US, L.A. Image. 

Stuart is the immediate past president of the Digital Screenmedia Association where he served two consecutive terms. 

Nathalie Garson

Nathalie Garson has 15 years of experience and expertise in holding Marketing & Communications positions in global high tech and consulting companies in Israel, France and the US. 

Nathalie is the Director of Marketing Communications at ComQi, where she accompanied the merger process between Minicom Digital Signage & EnQii, and led the whole rebranding and communication strategy of the new company, from May 2011 until today. 

Prior to joining ComQi, Nathalie started her freelance activity as a Consultant in Marketing & Communication strategies where she led various companies’ Marketing Campaigns on the Internet. 

Prior to that, she was the Corporate Marketing & Communication Manager of Leadcom Integrated Solutions, which was traded on the AIM & TASE, where she was also responsible for press and investors relations. She also held the positions of Marcom Manager at Ex Libris, and of International Marketing Manager at Herley General Microwave, in Israel. 

From 200 to 2004, Nathalie was an Event Consultant at the European Parliament in France, where she organized and led special communications events. From 1996 to 2000, she was a Marketing Consultant for Ensiema Consulting in France. 

Nathalie holds a BA in English from the City College of New York and from the Universite de Nancy in France, and has completed a specialization in Marketing and Campaigns Strategies on the Internet from the Daat Hasharon College. 

Owen Griffiths

Owen Griffiths is VP Finance for ComQi, responsible for procurement, logistics and network deployment & support, as well as traditional finance activities. He has been with the organisation for 10 years, previously working in Finance roles in the UK and the Group offices. Prior to joining ComQi he had a number of roles at ExxonMobil, including Financial Manager during which time he was involved in integrating and relocating the separate Exxon and Mobil reporting teams as a result of their merger and with helping ExxonMobil transition to the SAP R3 reporting platform. Before joining Exxon, Owen worked with Chantrey Vellacott, a chartered accountant partnership headquartered in London. Owen received an LLB from Exeter University prior to attaining his ACA qualifications in the UK. Having grown up in Australia and Hong Kong he uses his spare time to continue travelling to new countries and following the fluctuating fortunes of LFC.

Moti Guberman

Moti Guberman is ComQi’s VP of Operations based in Jerusalem. In this role he is responsible for hardware planning, production and distribution for ComQi’s customers. He joined Minicom Advance Systems Ltd. in January 2009 when Minicom Digital Signage was spun out. He brings many years of experience managing logistics companies. Prior to joining ComQi, Moti  funded and managed an international courier company and other logistics entities for more than 18 years. Prior to that, he was the administration and logistics assistant to the Chief Archaeologist in the Sinai desert.

André Koitzsch

André Koitzsch is VP Sales EMEA of ComQi, a leading global multi-channel messaging technology company.

Prior to this, André has held various positions in sales, project management and operations in international companies since 1995.

From 2007 to 2010 he served as Chief Sales Officer, being responsible of the global sales and business development strategy, and Senior Manager Operations, managing international supply-chain and project management for Swiss Bibliotheca RFID Library Systems AG, a worldwide leading provider of RFID solutions for libraries.

In 1997 André joined the Actebis group a leading Pan European IT distributor holding positions in purchasing, product management and business development at the German headquarters and managed the PC and server business unit within the Swiss subsidiary.

After his university degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Dresden, Germany, André started his professional career in 1995 as Purchasing Manager and Project Manager Sales Key Account at CED-Elektronik-Gehäusebau GmbH a manufacturer of PC and server housings and assembly service provider for major PC brands like HP and Compaq.

Max Stevens-Guille

As CTO, Max is responsible for R&D and Network Operations.  Prior to being appointed CTO of ComQi, Max held a similar position at EnQii where he led the launch of ComQi's EnGage product line.  Max has a background in both consulting and product development and traces his experience with Internet enabled applications back to the world's first VRML server in 1994.  In addition to rich media, he has led the delivery of products and services to the IPTV, Transportation, Retail, and Financial Services markets. 

Earlier in his career, Max was an SVP at Maptuit Corporation, a company he co-founded in 1999. Maptuit is the leading provider of navigation products to the North American heavy truck market and was at one time one of the largest providers of white-labeled online maps and real-time traffic information. Before starting Maptuit, Max consulted on web and wireless applications in retail and finance. He led the launch team for Canada’s largest books and music retailer, Indigo.ca in 1998. Prior to Indigo, he was VP of Product Development for Visible Decisions, a data visualization company acquired by Lucent in 1998.

Max started his career as a research engineer at Alias Research (now Autodesk) working on virtual reality and design evaluation environments. 

Max is also a sought after research analyst. In 2005, he researched and co-authored a comprehensive survey of the enterprise technology landscape for Don Tapscott’s IT&CA syndicate. In addition, he has authored articles on the application of enterprise and wireless technologies for a variety of publications.

Max holds a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the world by foot, kayak, and motorcycle and building large scale interactive art.
