Office Manager


Located in NYC headquarters and reporting to the VP Operations, the Office Manager will be supporting the operations, marketing and management teams in a variety of projects.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Office Management

  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Update and issue Weekly Activity Report to ownership
  • Office management including ordering supplies, organizing, filing design and implementation, equipment inventory
  • Other routine clerical work including answering of telephones as necessary
  • Work on special projects and other related duties as assigned by operations team
  • Assist with project documentation and knowledge base
  • Engage with vendors and partners to monitor installation schedules, product logistics, and reporting
  • Assist with product shipping and project logistics
  • Acting as intermediary between Operations and Finance teams to ensure that all revenue generating activities are properly documented and communicated to necessary parties

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Wrike or similar project management tool preferred
  • Quickbooks experience preferred
  • High Tech/ start-up atmosphere experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
